What You’ll Do
We currently have an opening for a Team Leader with experience working with children, adolescents and families for the South Bend Child & Adolescent Clinical Outpatient team.
  • Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of skills trainers and care facilitators.
  • Responsible for building a maintaining a cohesive team
  • Hiring and training of new team members
  • Provide oversight of clinical documentation and skills training/care facilitation services.
Who we are looking for:
  • LSW/LMFTa/LMHCa required
  • LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred
  • Management experience with a minimum of two years of clinical experience highly preferred.
Additional skills and experience in the following areas recommended:
  • Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices in child, adolescent and famils skills training preferred.
  • Knoweledge of reflective supervision and experience with electronic medical records preferred.
