Job description
We are looking for a Lead Teacher who will motivate students to perform well in their classwork and projects. The Lead Teacher will also be responsible for instructing other teachers on lesson plans and demonstrating effective pedagogy. A successful candidate will have experience working with children and prior teaching experience, and should have an understanding of both creative and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional development for teachers.
- Organize school-wide projects and activities.
- Develop lesson plans for indivisuals and groups.
- Create and modify curricula for the needs of students and the school.
- Create a positive, safe learning environment for students.
- Supervise student activities, doing play and outside activities.
- Supervise and interact with students in a manner that creates a positive, healthy learning environment.
- Manage staff.
- Use technology to develop lesson plans and track student progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.96 - $17.08 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
