Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts online sourcing and prescreening for professional openings.
- Communicates with the Talent Acquisition team and managers on available staffing needs and their requirements.
- Creates job postings and outreaches to candidates daily.
- Conducts 50-80 outbound calls daily and schedules the 2nd video/in-person interviews for TAS.
- Manages candidate interview schedules with Talent Acquisition partners.
- Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
- Develops database for current and future hires.
- Crowdsources potential candidates and assists with promoting hiring events.
- Schedule interviews, make notes on the ATS-CRM system, and answer general questions about the interview process.
- Use Facebook, LinkedIn, local organizations, Zip Recruiter, and other job boards to contact candidates available for work.
- Meet call quotas/targets to help keep us accountable and meet goals in order to help our call center client.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the department.
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a source, recruitment agent, or related role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs and Greenhouse
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
