We believe that Great American Assisted Living Communities are the first of its kind to completely focus on seniors that have given their service and sacrifice to this great country. This is the only organization that we know of, in the State of Florida, that covers all of the costs associated with Assisted Living including housing, meals, and help with daily ADLs. Some restrictions may apply.

Compensation-

Total Package $105,000.00: Base $60,000.00, with an agressive performance bonus for hires.

Mission- To hire “A” Players in our 8 facilities for areas of middle management and upper level management. In total, to hire 48 new employees in next 120 days.

Responsibilities and Objectives- Sources, filters and interviews top potential candidates for employment at Company’s various locations, using Company’s hiring protocols.
