Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a proven self-starter to drive our internal recruiting solutions. In this role, you will operate, oversee and drive the field recruiting administrator functions and process, all marketing campaigns and initiatives, and will serve as the administrator for the ATS. This position will provide insight and direction to the hiring managers, executives, and other team members by understanding their hiring needs, current market trends and attracting the right people to continue driving the success of the business.
The role is with a growing company that is also backed by a Private Equity firm.
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a corporate, internal recruiter, general recruiter or similar role with at least 5 years as recruiter
Management experience overseeing a team and leading projects
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting / talent acquisition
Experience in applicant tracking systems and resume databases
Ability to think critically, logically, and creatively
Time management skillset
Knowledge of recruitment tactics involved with hard-to-fill positions
Continuously pursue additional knowledge to assist in growth within the position
