has a newly created career opportunity for a Recruiting Coodinator supporting the Management team at our new Windsor Locks Robotic Warehouse.

The Recruiting Coordinatorwill assist with sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing talent for our New Internet Shipping warehouse.

Responsibilities:
This individual will be working within the talent acquisition department and will be responsible for serving as a candidate outreach representative and for providing pre-screening, scheduling, and general administrative support for our hiring managers .
  • Provide timely and appropriate communication to ensure candidates are informed about the interview process, application status, next steps in the on-boarding, and other pieces of important information.
  • Heavy volume of prescreening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Create weekly and monthly candidate status reports.
  • Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and the HR department to ensure interviews are scheduled promptly and follow up with hiring managers on candidate status.
  • Touch base periodically with candidates to answer questions and keep them engaged.
  • Initiate and oversee the On-Boarding process (background checks, drug tests, verifications, paperwork etc.).
  • Ensure a smooth transition through the on-boarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  • 5 years of experience working in a professional corporate setting; in either talent acquisition, human resources, Sales/marketing or related experience
  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures a+
  • Experience with a high volume of interview scheduling or similar coordinating exp..
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a+.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PP, Visio)
  • Must be highly organized and have a go getter personality.
  • Ability to multi-task in an extremely busy work environment
