The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be a key contributor to our Talent Acquisition department, to help ensure a smooth hiring process for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Recruiters. This role will partner with various parts of the organization and utilize various platforms to support the department to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. The role will be a hybrid role based out of our newly renovated headquarters in Boston, MA (in-office 2 days per week, remote 3 days per week). As an added benefit, our corporate offices close Fridays at 3pm EST for an early start to every weekend!

Responsibilities

  • Review, approve, and post requisitions in a timely manner
  • Create external job postings with various sites such as diversity job boards, and campus recruiting; Maintain confidentiality as required on certain confidential/blind postings
  • Regularly audit requisitions, postings, and reporting to help provide top-notch customer support
  • Properly disposition candidates by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  • Administering ATS users and access levels, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Manage, respond, and close HR HelpDesk tickets relating to Talent Acquisition; Rotate with other HR Coordinators to dispatch general HR tickets and take calls
  • Investigate, research, and troubleshoot TA-related questions and issues, or escalate appropriately
  • Interact with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, business leaders, vendors, and candidates while providing professional, courteous customer service at all times
  • Conduct trainings in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings to ensure Lever users are properly trained; Guide Hiring Managers through offer process including drafting offers and sending letters
  • Create and manage offers as requested by business leaders
  • Coordinate recruiting events between Talent Acquisition departments and regional leadership across the US
  • Manage and coordinate ATS reporting on a recurring basis
  • Manage the Employee Referral submission process on a regular basis, partnering with Payroll to ensure policy enforcement and timely payouts
  • Other ad hoc reporting requests as required
  • Support HR as backup for Background Checks as needed
  • Confirm Start Dates for all internal and external hires
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience from background check clearance to new hire orientation

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting department
  • Must have Applicant Tracking System experience; Lever preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
  • Microsoft Excel & Outlook experience (Intermediate level)
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to work on-site in Boston, MA a minimum of 2 days per week
