Wildcat Discovery Technologies is hiring a qualified Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support our hiring process focusing on a best-in-class candidate experience!
In this very important role, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team and hiring managers. This role will be a key contributor to ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and candidates are moved through the process in a timely fashion.
In order to succeed in this role, the individual must have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of process relating to screening and setting up candidate interviews is also a must.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating interviews and contacting applicants for interview setup
- Updating candidate status in applicant tracking system as candidates are moved through the process
- Scheduling intake calls with individual hiring managers to understand interview team setup and process for interviews
- Tracking status of candidates in tracking spreadsheet for weekly staffing update meetings
- Main point of contact for on-site interviews ensuring the candidate gets to the various conferences rooms and offices
- Facilitate interview debriefs
