Job description
We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Systems Coordinator in our Information Systems department. This position can be performed at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA or remotely from anywhere in the United States.
The Systems Coordinator will be responsible for organization and oversight of tasks and projects for the Information Systems department. This position will require the ability to report and analyze data within the department’s CRM platform.
This is a regular full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain documentation on system processes and procedures for the Information Systems department.
- Write reports and dashboards within Salesforce to inform sales and marketing decisions for the company.
- Perform administrative tasks to assist with the operations of the Information Systems department.
- Gather and organize requirements for team projects.
- Support divisions in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, security, and timeliness of the center’s client and professional database, and its content.
- Test systems and processes developed by the Information Systems team to ensure accuracy of the product.
- Develop and increase knowledge of Salesforce schema and declarative processes.
- Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of risks involved with business data management and manipulation.
- Understanding of software, technical and operational development risks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills necessary to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- High school diploma, or equivalent required.
- Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement.
- Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
The pay range listed in this ad is a good faith estimate of likely pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.
