This position assists Statewide Intake (SWI) leadership with program compliance. This position reviews recorded calls and reports for quality assurance, compliance with policy and procedure, and provides critical feedback to SWI staff at all levels. This position participates in the coordination and monitoring of program improvement plans, identifies trends and patterns, and communicates quality assurance results to internal and external stakeholders. This position assists in analyzing data, reviewing policy, and preparing routine and ad hoc reports and reviews for internal and external stakeholders. This position participates in exigent projects requiring the capacity to quickly adjust priorities and workload, attention to detail, and timely productivity.
