Job Description: Sweet & Boozy at Southwest University Park - Ice Cream Concession Manager

Hourly during all El Paso Chihuahuas Games. Approximate 3-4 hour shifts per game.

Ice Cream Concession Manager is responsible for scheduling all staff working each event, ordering inventory for each event, as well as ensuring a superior fan experience and the distribution of ice cream and thundercups.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for all stadium paperwork at the stand/portable
• Oversee all concession workers and scheduling
• Ordering inventory to be prepared for each event
• Prepare and serve ice cream and thundercups for fans.
• Must be able to be trained in proper food handling techniques.
• Following proper opening and closing procedures, including cleaning at the end of the night.
• Wipe down counters and tables with the proper sanitation procedures throughout the shift.
• Handle the POS system and email reporting to the corporate office.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Manager experience in food & beverage is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
