The Swatch Room Specialist is accountable for processing orders and maintaining inventory of materials to fulfil orders quickly and efficiently. Additionally, this role will be communicating daily with the fabric and leather manager to prioritize tasks and oversee their completion while assisting the rest of the team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds, or request help when needed
• Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently as needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work cross functionally
• Familiarity with XPS Shipper program or ability to learn the software
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to other members of the Swatch Department
• Creates a positive work environment, embracing/supporting directives from leadership
• Prepare shipping documents using USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS
• Pull swatch request orders efficiently and accurately in a timely manner
• Manages inventory of all sales aide materials
• Unpack and store sales aide materials in designated areas
• Respond to all emails in a timely manner
• Inventory swatch racks located in Taylorsville and Statesville
• Shared housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned
