The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects safely, profitable, and timely.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage projects start to finish

Daily oversight of current projects

Coordinate work with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers

Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes

Reviews and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments

Job Requirements
- Updated Resume and if possible Project List
- 5 years minimun as construction Superintendent for commercial projects
- Ground up experience and managing construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures are essential
- Abide by saftey rules and practices
