The ideal candidate will bring around 5 years of experience working in Residential or Commercial high end construction, project management experience, and preconstruction.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Superintendent you will be responsible for the completion of assigned construction projects and accountable for the daily operation of the job site. This includes scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. You will manage and oversee any contracted work on the site to ensure the project is completed within the timeframe and budget.
