What You Will Be Doing
Heavy scheduling of 10-15 unit renovations at once.
200-400 unit projects in Orange County and the Inland Empire needing to be renovated at some level (from minor updates to complete guts)
Some exterior updates and some amenities upgrades or relocations
Working with the trades and onsite supervising of renovations and tenant improvements
Occupied buildings but unoccupied units
Keeping to tight deadlines and working with Project Managers, Executive team and trades to complete projects and keep everyone updated on schedules
200-400 unit projects in Orange County and the Inland Empire needing to be renovated at some level (from minor updates to complete guts)
Some exterior updates and some amenities upgrades or relocations
Working with the trades and onsite supervising of renovations and tenant improvements

What You Need for this Position
Answer MUST be "YES" - Have you taken your exam and can you qualify for the CLSB contractors license in California?
MINIMUM 2-3 years of Superintendent or Project Manager experience, preferably in hospitality and/or multifamily renovation projects
Able to travel around California, starting in southern California - Huntington Beach is project #1 multifamily, 100 units (10-15 at a time)

Base Pay of $75k - $120k+
$100 allowance for phone, IRS allowance for travel mileage. Med/Dent/Vision
10 Paid holidays per year
