Branscum Construction Co. Inc., an established leader with more than 40 years in the commercial construction industry, is seeking candidates to fill the position of Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent role provides onsite coordination for all phases of commercial construction, planning to completion. The duties include daily scheduling, supervising all activities, staff, tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the job site. Necessary experience and skills include commercial construction management, budget management, quality control, strong communication skills, scheduling and coordinating, knowledge and understanding of OSHA standards, and Microsoft Office as well as other necessary software. The superintendent will be accountable for the timely completion and coordination of the work with each project ensuring that it is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Preferred 3 years of experience.
