The Liberty Worship Collective (LWC) Summer Temp’s main responsibility is to assist the Executive Director, Directors, and Coordinators where their skills are needed for the execution of daily LWC operations. The LWC exhausts the majority of their capacity serving at events, be it weekly internal events on campus or weekend external ministry partnerships. LWC Summer Temps largely assist in capacities related to elevating the organizational and operational success of event needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning Center organization
2. Spearheading new gear inventory system creation and implementation
3. Ordering and refresh gear
4. Mapping out production and equipment procurement plan for upcoming fiscal year
5. Touring production package improvement plan
6. Assisting with scheduling communications of summer camps and internal LU events
7. Creating tracks and music materials for events
8. Building ProPresenter lyrics and creative content for lyric presentation
9. Management, maintenance, and transportation of gear
10. Scheduling students for studio recording sessions
11. Assist with meal ordering, set up and clean up at events
12. Creation of charts and other music material needed by audio engineers
13. Works effectively as a team member, embracing & fostering LU’s mission
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience
Computer knowledge, including MS Office, Planning Center and MultiTracks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional
Works well independently and as a team

Communication and Comprehension
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information.
Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer skills, especially Microsoft office; ability to learn new skills quickly.

Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.
Physical and Sensory Abilities
Occasionally required to travel to local and campus locations.
Occasional international travel may be required.
Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
Regularly required to hear and speak in order to effectively communicate orally.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.
Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.
Regularly lift 25 or fewer pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lighted and the noise level is moderate.
Driving Requirements
Use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) is required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
