In this role you will: Located - Bronx 250 Grand Concourse Hours of Operations 7am to 3pm

Provide case management/addiction counseling/advocacy services to an assigned caseload and participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate the client recovery/rehabilitation process.

What qualifications do you need?

• Bilingual in Spanish is a must
• CASAC-T certification is required, CASAC (preferred). In order to be considered for QHP you must have Bachelor's Degree (or Higher) in Human Services or related field.
• Must have at least One-Three years counseling experience working with clients with substance use disorders and/or mental illness within an outpatient setting.
• EHR environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• High School Diploma/GED, required
