Substance Abuse/Mental Health Counselor

***RAC, CAC, P-LPC or LMSW NEEDED***
Our agency is looking for Substance Abuse/Mental Health counselors to provide therapy for clients struggling with primary Substance Use and secondary Co-Occurring Disorders. Quality and comprehensive client care is absolutely essential and is expected from each employee. You will work under the direct supervision of our Clinical Director. Counselors will perform group therapy, individual therapy, and some educational sessions. Each counselor is expected to provide thorough documentation within the appropriate time frame in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
All counselors must be first and foremost loyal, ethical, hard working, willing to follow instructions and a positive influence while at work. The ideal candidate will be experienced in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques as well as providing consistent, timely and detailed documentation.
All applicants must have an active license in the State of Louisiana.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Addiction counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
