JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales associate team and will work in collaboration with the regional manager and local owners to effectively operate the Club Pilates studio. As the leader of the sales team, the Studio Manager must grow memberships and revenue while promoting a positive culture in the studio to engage and retain existing members. This leadership position requires strong sales and customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall leadership for studio and create/maintain a highly-engaged employee culture
• Responsible for executing the sales process and protocols by converting leads into members and obtain established sales goals
• Execute a high level of customer service to members and guests
• Maintain a clean and organized Pilates studio
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events as well as grass roots marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Evaluate, coach and develop the performance of team members
• Monitor the hiring, training and scheduling of sales staff
• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
• Manage employee payroll hours and controllable studio budget items
• Train and mentor team members for ongoing success and future growth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for members and the team
• Proven sales experience with a minimum 2 years of previous sales required
• Minimum 2 years of management experience required
• Previous management experience health & fitness preferred
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Ability to work and function in a team environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT

• Starting compensation (salary + commission + bonus) of $50,000-80,000+ based on studio performance. Bonus potential is uncapped!
