Job description
Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring for Mig Welders in High Point, NC for long term work. We are looking for local candidates. Must be able to work 10 hour shifts. Day shift and night shift available.
Specific Welding Skills:
§ Ability to pass a 3f and 4f weld test using GMAW process on 3/8“ material
§ Good verbal communication skills with other employees
§ Positive attitude
§ Open minded with a vision for continuous improvement
§ Ability to understand weld symbols and testing requirements
§ Ability to read blueprints
Specific Physical Skills:
§ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs when necessry
§ Ability to step over and work on top of fixture that are 28 inches off the floor when necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
