Value Proposition: Overview: Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Fulton Bank's most strategic suppliers, vendors, and partners in assigned line(s) of business
• Through deep analysis, actively find opportunities, develop strategy and category plans that deliver significant value, implement the plans, and guide and manage stakeholders along the way
• Conduct spend, contract, supplier, and proposal analyses for various categories related to assigned areas of the business
• Establish relationships and lead stakeholder/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in and create strategic sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend
• Integrate and build relationships with stakeholder organizations, indentify key buyers, collaborate with those to increase savings as well as the value we receive from our Fulton's supplier partners
• Lead negotiations on sourcing agreements, including but not limited to Master Agreements, Statement of Work, and Change Orders balancing business deliverables, legal interests, risk and pricing
• Develop and lead price and terms-and-conditions negotiations with suppliers and vendors that support stakeholder requirements, budget, ROI analysis, price and rate benchmarking, and capabilities
• Leverage spend analytics to drive engagement, supplier rationalization and leveraged procurement power of Fulton Bank
• Assist in supporting supplier risk management in onboarding and compliance monitoring
• Ensure the sourcing team meets cost reduction, risk reduction and other targets that leverage internal and external capabilities to gain and sustain a competitive advantage
• Partner with leadership in assigned line(s) of business to create project roadmaps, savings tracking documents, approed supplier lists, and supplier governance programs
• Work with senior leaders across the line(s) of business to determine the long-term needs and applicable supply/service strategies

• Partner closely with stakeholders across the sales and marketing organization to optimize technology relationships that support Fulton's Commercial and Consumer products and services for our banking infrastructure and customers
• Analyze total costs, assist Consumer and Commercial leadership with ROI analysis, price, benchmarking, and negotiation to leverage Fulton's supplier relationships
• Lead supplier governance activities (i.e., supplier briefs, internal stakeholder meetings, supplier periodic business reviews) and develoop oversight practices not only to manage performance, but also to manage and mitigate risk of the most critical, highest risk vendors
• Engage leaders and stakeholders across Fulton Bank to align priorities, drive business unit results and develop strategic plans to execute on the needs of Consumer and Commercial lines of business and stakeholders
• May provide supplier management responsibilities as required, such as inut on and partnering with Sourcing, Legal, and assigned line(s) of business on complex supplier contracts
