ARS-Atlas Trillo Heat & Air has immediate openings in the San Jose and greater San Francisco Area for Sales Support Associates. This position is paid hourly and earns commissions on top of the weekly pay.

Locations we are hiring for include Morgan Hill, San Carlos, East Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara.

We will be hosting a VIRTUAL HIRING EVENT

Wednesday November 16th and Friday November 18th

from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a unique sales-support role, generating appointments for our service center within the walls of a national, home-improvement store. This high-volume, popular brand location offers the perfect setting to engage with customers seeking precisely what you have to offer: top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement programs.

We Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (DOE) and you will earn bonuses on your leads. (Average associate hourly rate exceeds $35+ an hour).

What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros

Required Credentials:

• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.

Preferred Credentials:

• Some sales experience.
• Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

All candidates are required to take an assessment and undergo pre-employment drug screen and employment background checks.
