Job description
We are looking for a full time, direct hire, Store Operations Manager in Milton, PA
You will:
- Build and develop strong customer relationships
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Hire, train, supervise and motivate store staff
- Have at least two years in a management role
- Be able to work flexible hours to accommodate completion of daily tasks
- Have two years of building material/construction experience as a preference
You receive
- Pay of $50-55k
- Work hours M-F 7:00-4:30, one Saturday a month
- 401k and stock ownership, as this is an employee owned venture - Health, Dental, and Vision plans
