Job Overview:
- We are a small family-owned regional convenience store company where everyone is known by their first name and that you are not a number.

- All managers have the opportunity to provide input and help shape the direction of the company.
- Managers are required to work a minimum of 45 hours, 5 days a week.
- Based on your experience our training programs will help further develop the skill sets and tools needed to be successful in our industry.
- Some responsibilities of a Manager are scheduling, lottery auditing, ordering, vendor receiving, and leading/motivating a team
- We have bonus program where our store manager may receive up to 20% of the annual income.

Last Minit Mart is a small chain of convenience stores owned by the 21st Century Energy Group. Based out of New Castle we have 6 locations; one in Butler county (Portersville), and five in Lawrence county one in New Wilmington and four in New Castle.
