In this in-person role, you’ll be:
- Overseeing overall store operations of our travel store in our Yakima/Wenatchee location.
- Responsible for store operations and overall staff performance in our Yakima/Wenatchee location.
- Reconcile, review and audit sales in partnership with travel accounting.
- Responsible for store appearance and ensuring merchandise and displays are presentable and clean.
- Host and support in-store and off-site events to grow revenue, membership, and enhance AAA brand.
- Drive sales within the store to meet and exceed goals.
- Engage in local community to increase customer base.
- Responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience and resolving escalated customer issues.
- Contributes to building and operates within established store budget.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides direct management to store assistant manager and team members.
- Responsible for developing people, improving processes, reducing costs, monitoring quality, delivering results against established objectives, and ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Manages assigned employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning monitoring, appraising, and reviewing employee job contributions; maintaining compensation, resolving problems and implementing change.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business or sales or equivalent experience
4+ years’ experience in customer service, retail or travel industry
3+ years’ experience in management or leadership role

The pay range for this position is $61,609 - $85,862 and placement within this range is based on candidate experience. This position is eligible for an annual company-wide discretionary bonus and sales incentives.
