Completes journal entries, account reconciliations, payroll backup, process documentation, and monthly closing.
Responsible for US Treasury duties including reconciliations, company credit card program, hedging package, forecasts, and audits.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Maintain cash control sheets and prepares bank reconciliations
- Oversees all Oracle batch payments
- Maintains Regional Cash Book
- Loads monthly results for non-operating companies
- Reconciles monthly hedge package and maintains hedge back-up documentation
- Back-up for company payroll
- Reconciles company credit card program
- Assist with intercompany processing
Our Requirements:
- BS Degree in Accounting or Business
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience is preferred
- PC experience (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
