Gemma Services is seeking a full-time, experienced communications professional to help implement a strategic communication. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Senior Manager will play a key role in creating and executing communications and marketing for our mission-driven nonprofit serving children and families with emotional and behavioral challenges. The Senior Manager will supervise one staff and partner with colleagues and vendors in branding, marketing, online and offline content development, public relations, social media management, website design, and more. Candidate will be a self-starter, and have excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Experience in graphic design, photo/video editing, and social media desired.
This position is on site at our Plymouth Meeting campus. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
Education/Training: bachelors degree in related field, such as journalism, public relations, communications, or English.
Skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and proofreading, social media management expertise, familiarity with Adobe Suite and online graphic design tools, and video editing, photography, videography. Candidate should have proven results implementing marketing and strategic communications plans.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' related experience required.
