About the Role:
Crowdstrike is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration to coordinate all aspects of employee relocation for domestic and international relocations and assignments, as well as ensure best practices for the Global Immigration program. This individual will manage a team that will build an immigration and global mobility strategy, effective programs and processes, and help us scale to meet Crowdstrike’s global growth. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners and Operations, Payroll, Legal and Tax on effectuating those transfers as well as our immigration and mobility vendor partners, to help create a cohesive, scalable global mobility process and strategy for Crowdstrike
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Leader with experience within a fast-paced and dynamic company and a partner who can be empathetic to employee needs and priorities while at the same time build programs that are scalable and in line with shifting business needs and compliance obligations.

Be the accountable SME for Immigration and Global Mobility, including interfacing with Executives, Hiring Managers, and Employees on complex immigration or global mobility situations

Proactively consult and manage cases across the lifecycle of both international and domestic moves/assignments, including pre-departure, ongoing support, and repatriation activities.

Evaluate complex relocation scenarios including international tax and immigration factors and provide practical, simplified solutions for the employee and/or business.

Optimize approach by balancing employee experience with business affordability and risk

Report to leadership on program activity, performance and cost
What You’ll Need:
-
7+ years’ experience with corporate mobility and immigration
-
Experience with a minimum of 5 countries immigration
-
Experience with mobility rotations, assignments, and relocations (international as well as domestic)
-
Experience with Posted Worker Directives
-
Experience with Tax Equalization/Mobility Tax compliance
-
Experience managing a diverse global team
-
Skilled at using and leveraging technology for day-to-day work/processes
