Kings Harbor Multicare Center is a 720 bed long term care, sub-acute and rehab facility located in the Northern Bronx. We are looking for a Part Time Weekends Speech Therapist to jolin our dynamic Rehab department.Job Duties are as follows:
§ Evaluates and plans programs for all patients referred by physician.
§ Provides treatment of patients as scheduled.
§ Ensure documentation as required by the New York State regulations, Medicare and reimbursement agencies.
§ Meets with clinical supervisor and/or Rehab Director on a regular basis to discuss specific patients as needed and review Speech/Language policy and procedures.
§ Collaborates with Physicians and other members of the health care team relative to patient treatment and progress.
All applicants must be possess the following:
§ Graduate of accredited Masters Degree program in Speech Language Pathology.
§ New York State Licensure
