Job Summary:
- Full-time or Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position
- Catering to students from PreK to 12th grade
- An on-site role only
- Caseloads varying across different student needs
- Proficiency in managing IEPs is preferred
Qualifications:
- Valid Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience across a range of student age groups preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and procedures
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP
- Collaborate with the educational team, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of students' development
