Job Summary (2-3 sentences describing job purpose): Provides quality and compliance support for extended learning programs. Ensures extended learning programs meet and exceed compliance with the law, regulations, policy and guidelines for funding terms. Provides ongoing support to school based extended learning leaders.
Reports to: Director of Extended Learning Programs

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilites: List, in the order of importance or time spent, the essential duties/tasks performed by the position. This is not an exhaustive list and employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required.
Job Duty/Resp. 1: Manage grant and locally funded programs and assure compliance with the laws, regulations, policy and guidelines for funding terms.
Job Duty/Resp. 2: Oversee implementation and monitoring of continuous quality improvement for programs through assessments and evaluations.
Job Duty/Resp. 3: Facilitates training opportunities for staff in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines. Plans, organizes and designs professional learning based on the interests, needs and strengths of the staff, and focused on achieving professionalism, academic, social and emotional goals for students.
Job Duty/Resp. 4: Assists to screen, interview, and provide orientation training for staff in conjunction with the Director. Job Duty/Resp. 5: Support district initiatives, programs, and partnerships related to extended learning and summer programs and support goals and outcomes.
Education and Experience Requirements: Required minimum: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years applicable experience.
Skills Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Background knowledge in Federal and State grants preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and regulation of and District policies and procedures preferred.
