Job Title: Solventless Hash & Rosin Extractor

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Role and Responsibilities The Solventless Extractor is an important role in which your sole responsibility will be to keep DADiRRi stocked with enough quality Bubble Hash and Rosin to maintain demand and inventory needs. Helping the Production Manager source and purchase quality, raw material that will not only yield well but work well for all products. You must always maintain the high DADiRRi standard! We will also ask that you help with production and other needs as management sees fit throughout the day, although most of your job will be extraction focused. This job is one of the most crucial for the success of DADiRRi and its products.

Job roles include but are not limited to:

• Work with Director of Operations and/or Production Manager to order both Dry Trim and Fresh Frozen needed for the following weeks production. Make sure to pick quality grows and keep strain variety in mind.
• Work with Management on weekly schedules, logs, outputs, expectations to make sure you are always on the same page with production and their needs.
• Produce quality Bubble Hash and Rosin with the upmost quality, care, and safety in mind. Follow all SOP’s and make sure you are always following CCB compliance.
• Log yields, terp profiles, potencies, consistencies, grows etc. so we can perfect our products, wholesalers, and descriptions. This will help pinpoint issues we may be having or help lead us to more quality products with a higher ROI. Really make this your driving force and know the ins and outs of these two product categories.
• Reach minimum wash quantities per week. Averages 40 pounds per week but may need more based on increased sales.
• May be responsible for training and managing an apprentice in the following months as demand grows.
• We empower this position to connect with other quality grows or strategic partners to better our Bubble Hash and Rosin products.
• We empower this position to find competitions, local events etc. that may expand our Dadirri awareness to the end consumer. New ideas are always welcome!
• Perform production, packaging, and labeling tasks as required- must meet weekly production goals.
• Working with raw material- breaking down flower, rolling joints, and infusing product when needed.
• Placing material into packaging and labeling- always following CCB regulations.
• Assisting in order packing if needed
• Quality control and speed are a must
• Upbeat, motivating, and professional at all times
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 21+ and hold (or be able to obtain) a valid CCB Agent Card prior to start date

Fully paid medical benefits after 3 months. Only valid if working a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
