We have an opportunity for a highly organized, self-driven individual to become part of our team. Your role will be a Sales professional, promoting solar, renewable energy and efficiency. We care about our customers and believe our job is to help them for the long run, not sell and run.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in residential or commercial solar sales (construction-related sales experience is a plus)
  • Ability to design systems and present the benefit of solar to homeowners personally, face to face and online
  • Customer service experience and the genuine desire to support customer needs throughout the sales process
  • A natural ability to present yourself in a confident, friendly and courteous manner, always functioning with integrity and professionalism as you represent yourself and the company
  • Stellar communication skills, with strength in listening. Effectively able to speak to both technical and non-technical individuals
  • A passion for your role and a passion for renewable energy
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with solid time management skills
  • Possess strong observation skills, and an ability to think critically, analytically and strategically to solve problems and provide solutions for both the customer and the company
  • Descriptors you need to identify with personally are: reliable, honest, motivated, confident, hardworking, flexible, respectful, team player.
  • You must have a reliable vehicle (mileage compensation provided). Our territory is expanding and developing areas have many opportunities.
  • Although previous sales experience is required, if you are the right candidate for our company, we will train on the aspects of Solar and Renewable Energy
  • Salesforce/Microsoft Office365/Procore experience is a bonus
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience, with no limit on your earning ability.
  • Earning potential can be from 80k to 150k depending on your skills.
  • Part Time and Contract Basis is possible!
