Parkway SleepHealth Center in Cary, NC is seeking a Daytime Sleep Technologist. This position will spend a large portion of the day making and answering phone calls regarding CPAP. Registry not required.

Applicants MUST have previous medical office experience and previous CPAP and sales background is a plus.

Working Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Scheduling: Proactively make outbound calls to schedule CPAP set ups, Home Sleep Tests, and other DME appointments.

Patient Care: Answer DME phone calls and patient questions, provide education and cost information, hand out supplies to patients, collect patient payments, maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and appointments

Inventory: Unpack and shelve supplies, keep inventory spreadsheet up to date
Shipping: Assist with supply shipping, including but not limited to; packing/taping boxes, preparing shipping labels, locking charts

Downloads: Perform downloads on CPAP devices, inform patients of basic compliance information

Other: At the request of the DME Coordinator or other Management, other duties may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
