The Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Showroom Denver by Roth Living is Roth’s flagship showroom. The primary goal of the showroom is to assist customers with curating their perfect package of appliances, all while ensuring the experience is nothing less than luxurious. The role of the showroom is to provide the expertise, education and provide the highest level of customer service to all customers, while maintaining the integrity and promise of the Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove brands.

General Description:

This is a full-time position. The Showroom Receptionist greets customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. The receptionist will receive incoming calls and transfer calls to all locations. The receptionist performs other administrative and customer service functions as assigned. This includes but is not limited to assisting with event management and follow up, spot cleaning the showroom, maintaining displays, restocking drinks, assisting with SZWC Accessories and Wolf Gourmet.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Promptly and courteously answers the telephone
  • Greet visitors to our showroom in a professional manner
  • Maintain the lobby, reception area and storage room
  • Manage deliveries as well as incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist visitors in the showroom
  • Maintains files as required or assigned
  • Prepares written correspondence as directed, e.g., customer service related
  • Assists in event scheduling, including RSVPs, confirmations, and follow-up
  • Updates CRM (as applicable)
  • Assist showroom manager, consultants, and chefs accordingly
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays, occasionally

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Associates degree, preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity software
  • Always present a professional image
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Good communication and people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
