You would be working with state-of-the-art printing equipment to create something unique and personal for our clients. Our Team Member’s also work in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. Our warehouse is both air-conditioned (for sweltering summer days) and heated (for the frigid winter ones). We are seeking a Shipping Technician/ Installer to be apart of our Permanent Signage Team. This team member would be responsible for delivering and installing signs around the Atlanta area, performing quality control, and performing other duties in the shipping department as needed.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Driving a company vehicle to install signage
Ability to accurately read job tickets and perform Quality Control to provide a final inspection of materials and product
Using table saws, chop saws, nail guns, staple guns, impact drills, and other tools to install signs
Loading and unloading material
Performing manual labor task including digging holes and trenches using shovels and post hole diggers
Performs other duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED
Work experience: 1-2 years of carpentry, preferred
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
Ability to read a tape measure
Knowledge and experience using hand tools and saws
Ability to read job tickets
Lifting up to 75lbs
Must have a clean MVR
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working in a climate-controlled environment while standing for extended periods of time at the production facility. Sitting and driving for periods of time and installing signage in all weather conditions.
