As a Shipping / Customer Service Representative, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of a small but growing ecommerce business - merchandising, inventory management, quality control, order fulfillment, customer service, and more!

Flexible Hours - Part time or Full Time
8am to 4:30pm - Roughly 8hrs a day
Approximately 25 to 40 hrs a week

Duties:

• Administer, prepare and package all pertaining to domestic and international shipments
• Receive inbound deliveries and quality control
• Answer customer inquiries, questions, concerns by email, phone, live chat or in person
• Arrange shipments under direction, to include contacting common carriers, freight companies
• Work with departments to resolve billing, product, and shipping discrepancies
• Process return authorizations and instructions as needed
• Prepare all domestic and international paperwork required for shipments
• Maintain a proper and clean warehouse space

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to occasionally handle large and heavy materials, alone or with assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, multi-functional environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
• Execute quick and critical thinking
• Team player
