Position Summary

Our Parflex Division in Fort Worth, TX is looking for new Shipping & Warehouse team members to help keep the world moving. You will use your hands and machines to manufacture Parker tubing in a safe and sustainable manner.

Parker's Parflex Division is a leading manufacturer of fluoropolymer tubing and offers multiple secondary processes to meet a wide range of industry and customer needs. Our Fort Worth, TX plant provides critical equipment for multiple industries including the Medical Device Market, Aerospace, Transportation, and Semiconductor.

Aspects of Your Work

• Prepares packages for shipment to customers and maintain shipping log of outgoing shipments.
• Pack samples, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Move materials from production to upstream processes, supermarkets or shipping
• Responsible for picking, packing, distributing, sorting, organizing, allocating material to the proper work orders, and pulling components to process orders.
• Ensure incoming deliveries are accurate and stocks supply room with new goods
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory and identifies reorder needs for the supervisor.
• Ship domestic freight with Federal Express and other courier services (ltl, tl, air, etc.)
• Prepare bills of lading, airship bills, and all required documentation
• Prepare export expedites and shipment tracking for domestic and international

  
  

  Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, recognizes International Diplomas (may need to be translated to English)
• U.S. Citizen or permanent residency status required
• Computer/data entry skills a must.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have the physical ability to use hands and arm strength for long periods of time.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
