You will be managing shift, greeting customers courteously, assembling orders efficiently, ringing up orders accurately, coaching staff, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant. Responsibilities and Expectations

• Previous cash handling experience a plus (but not a requirement)
• Diligent when portioning and plating all food
• Checks equipment temperatures to ensure the food items quality and safety
• Ensures all refrigerators, prep areas and storage areas cleaned and organized
• Assists in receiving items and confirms that items are of good quality & accurate quantity
• Follows the instructions of the entire Management Team
• Reports any emergency situation to general manager
• Be willing to work with sense of urgency and able to take initiative
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work, and be able to stand, bend, reach and scoop for a long time
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees and managers.
• Must be able to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement the same.
• The employee is regularly required to walk and/or stand 8 hours a day or more and must be able to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl.
• The employee is regularly required to use his/her hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is occasionally required to taste or smell.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
