Our company is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for creating a positive working environment and providing guidance and support to employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the shift.
• Ensure staff are following company policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action when necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to staff.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities.
• Train and develop staff to ensure high performance standards are met.
• ServeSafe license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
