Our South Elgin store is currently looking for night shift leads to supervise daily operations. SHIFT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a team of 3-6 crew members
• Learning and following "The Crumbl Way" of baking
• Leading, training, coaching, and supporting team members during a shift
• Reporting daily on business flows to fellow leads
• Motivating our amazing crew
• Closing the store (10pm / 12am)
• Accurately closing cash drawers
• Following health code regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Following cleanliness standards

SHIFT LEAD REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer service experience (at least 1 year)
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Punctuality, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• A team player
• Tech savvy
• Proactive problem solving skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Previous leadership experience (at least 1 year)
• Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift
• 18+ years old

• Midday shift (occasional)
• Evening shift (preferred)
• Weekend availability (required)
