Overview:

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a ServiceNow Master Architect who will be responsible for providing the overall guidance and structure for creating and maintaining the main DLA platform services to ensure the required business outcomes are delivered. The person will assist in the technical solution and development / implementation of ServiceNow modules, including a major re-platforming effort of legacy applications to the ServiceNow platform. As a Master architect you will be required to provide guidance and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and technical architects. You will be required to initiate, guide, Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to the existing platform/software. You will be required to address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. You will also be responsible for project completion as scheduled. You will be called upon to perform feasibility analysis and implementation strategy recommendations on potential future projects for management. You will also, manage and participate in designing and developing varied capabilities/solutions using the Now Intelligence analytics, ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence Reports, ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, Dashboards, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules, including Incident Events, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management Database / Known Error Database (KMDB / KEDB), Request Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Human Resources Service Management (HRSM), and other ServiceNow modules, as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all designs created by different teams aligns to the architecture principles of ServiceNow and should be reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
  • Act as the technical gateway between the initial designs agreed through to the delivery cycles with the project managers, business analysts, solution architects and developers.
  • Create and define operating models, capability models, technical architectural models, and roadmaps.
  • Provide presentation to senior stakeholders of topics, operating models, capability models, solution models, and roadmaps.
  • Be a key contributor in DLA digital transformation and ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes.
  • Define new programs, and train others on ability to lead ServiceNow workshops.
  • Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support
  • Managing the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
  • Transitioning legacy platforms to ServiceNow
  • Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
  • Working with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.
  • Providing insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
  • Working with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements.
  • Working closely with the ServiceNow technical team and provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
  • Working with customer SME’s and senior leadership to ensure systems requirements are met.
  • Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is required

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Predictive Intelligence, Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
  • Experience in performing and advising on change management.
  • Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
