What You Will Be Doing
- Point of contact for general contractors field superintendent
- Possess complete knowledge of all drawings, specifications, construction schedules, electrical equipment submittals, and mechanical equipment submittals
- Responsible for managing and training all jobsite field personnel
- Responsible for providing and establishing a safe workplace for all employees onsite
- Responsible for the complete field execution of the construction and performance of the electrical contract work
- Responsible for tracking jobsite materials and tools
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting all jobsite inspections, testing, and owner training
- Promote company reputation
What You Need for this Position
- Basic computer knowledge, ability to navigate in Outlook and Excel.
- Able to work as a team and individually with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial electrical foreman on School's, Office Buildings, Retail Stores, Medical Facilities or similar projects.
- Licensed Journeyman preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily.
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of time in the extreme heat or cold.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Have good hand eye coordination and endurance.
- Have good mobility (for shoveling, sweeping, etc.)
