Job description
Currently seeking an Service Coordinator for a full time Temporary to permanent position in Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities of Service Coordinator
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Manage all aspects of the scheduling operations
  • Retrieve paperwork for field staff on a daily, weekly, and month basis
  • Update and manage database at consistent intervals
  • Coordinate verification operations with field staff
  • Download and distribute necessary documents
  • Assist the operations manager with identifying and implementing new scheduling and work tracking software programs
  • Coordinate the actions of the office staff, field supervisors and field installers
  • Performs other tasks as they are assigned

Requirements of Service Coordinator:
  • 2-3 years previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience as Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Great communication and phone skills

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr based on experience
