We are looking for Servers and Host/Hostess staff who are friendly, eager to make money, dedicated, and enthusiastic about customer service.

Host/Hostess

A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. The Host/Hostess also greets Guests upon arrival, inform Guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, enter Guest names into the computer system, show Guests to their table, and bid Guests farewell as they leave.
A Host/Hostess must be able to carry on a natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. Additionally, the Host cares for our Guests by refilling beverages and performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus and ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly. As a member of an energetic team, the Host/hostess may also need to answer the phones and fill to-go orders when needed.

Server Job Description
Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.
The right person will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.
