Job Description.

1. Greet customers: Servers are responsible for greeting customers as they arrive and helping them to find a table.

2. Take orders: Servers must take orders accurately and efficiently, and make recommendations if requested.

3. Serve food and drinks: Servers are responsible for serving food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are properly prepared and presented.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction: Servers must ensure that customers are satisfied with their meal and experience, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.

5. Handle payments: Servers must handle payments accurately and securely, including processing credit card transactions and making change.

6. Set up and clean tables: Servers are responsible for setting up tables with appropriate tableware and decorations, and clearing tables once customers have finished their meals.

7. Collaborate with team members: Servers must work well with other team members, including bartenders, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure that the establishment runs smoothly.

8. Follow safety and health regulations: Servers must follow safety and health regulations, including ensuring that all areas are clean and free from hazards, and that food is properly stored and prepared.

9. Upsell and promote specials: Servers must have a good knowledge of the menu and be able to upsell or promote specials to customers to increase sales.

10. Maintain knowledge of industry trends: Servers should stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to ensure that they are providing customers with the best possible experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
