G-Man Brewery & Sports Bar is your local brewery & neighborhood sports bar where we love food as much as we love beer. Our busy and thriving restaurant comprises hardworking individuals obsessed with running the best operation possible. This commitment starts with our dedication to valuing our team members by supporting them fully during the shift. We are located downtown Tualatin right off I-5.

We are currently hiring for a server. This is a rare opening, as most of our servers have been with us for several years.

What it s like to work at G-Man:

• All-hands on-deck mentality- we all help us as a team.
• We are consistently busy. Servers average ten tables in their sections. Between being a brewery & a sports bar, there is always a reason for people to visit.
• Talented, friendly, and hardworking team members support you. A shift manager on the floor manages the flow, deals with customer issues, and provides breaks to employees throughout their shifts. Support staff such as the host that helps seat customers and helps bus and clean tables and a food expo assists in taking food to tables.
• Shifts start at 4 or 5 pm and average 5-7 hours. Close at midnight.
• This is a part-time position with an average of 15-25 hours per week.
• NO drama! We leave the bullshit at the door.

Perks:

1) Paid sick leave after 90 days

2) 100% company-paid health insurance for employees who meet requirements. Requirements are 4 shifts a week and 25 hours a week.

3) 1/2 off a meal with each shift.

4) NOT corporate!

Must be at least 21 years or older. We do not allow minors- YES- no kids.

Must be available nights and weekends.

One year of full-service restaurant experience is required

Located in Tualatin, Oregon, right off i5 exit 289.
