Looking for extra income while being part of an energetic team at the first winery in the Barrel District of Rancho Cordova? We�re creating a New York loft/warehouse feeling environment where patrons will be invited to come and take it EEZY with a premium glass of wine.
We�re looking for individuals that want to learn about wine and pass this knowledge onto the customer to create an unbelievable experience. A beginner level knowledge of wine is required, however, specific training on the wine we sell, and additional education will be provided to you. We got you!
We�re specifically looking for individuals with serving/bartending experience that are extremely motivated, have a winning personality, and want to help build the coolest new hot spot in the Greater Sacramento Area.
Your Wine Enthusiast Member Responsibilities will include:
Delivers exceptional customer service to each patron.
Pours/Serve beverages/food in a positive and friendly manner.
Provide education to help beverage selection.
Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons� choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments.
Maintains table setting by removing empty glasses and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to host, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.
Strong work ethic and able to multitask and help other team members where needed.
Drink EEZY Craft Winery Eats is a fast-paced environment. This is a part time opportunity with uniforms provided, flexible scheduling, employee discounts and opportunities for commission and tips. Nights and weekends will be expected for scheduling.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimal knowledge of wine.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High energy level.
General math skills.
Teamwork and problem solving.
Good verbal communication.
Responsible Beverage Service Certificate will be required before start date.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
