To ensure that all guests receive their food in a friendly, hospitable, and prompt manner using appropriate procedures in accordance with Flo?s Standards. Assisting all service team members and management in anticipating our guest?s needs and operating a clean and efficient restaurant.Duties & Responsibilities:
? Warmly and graciously greet all guests
? Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible.
? Engage in friendly conversation as you pass out the guest food.
? Pre Bus tables quickly and efficiently whenever needed and inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.
? Create a positive final impression by saying to the guest ?enjoy your meals.?
? Assist guest if any food items or condiments are needed
? Provide preliminary information regarding menu
? Deliver food to tables
? Describe dishes to customers
? Check food for accuracy
? Prepare soups and salads when required
? Take additional orders when required
? Let the serving staff know if the guests require more drinks
